Typical trip times are: Depart 6:00 am – Return 12:00 pm Depart 12:30 pm – Return 6:30 pm Cost is $1100* for the entire boat, not per person and does not include a tip for the mate. Deposit of $250* required to hold space on the calendar. Deposits can be taken via PayPal or over the phone with a credit/debit card. Do you like the idea of Outer Banks off shore fishing but not a fan of going not being able to see the shore line? Join us for an Outer Banks Nearshore Fishing Trip! Our most popular trip because it gives us the extra time needed to sometimes make sure we can find the fish when they're not right under our nose. On a typical nearshore trip, we’ll depart Wanchese Harbor and make our way down Roanoke Sound. You’ll experience the same sights and fishing opportunities that are described in our inshore trips.
In addition, we can venture out to wrecks in the ocean to try and catch Cobia, Amberjacks, King mackerel, Mahi, or Sharks depending on the time of year and if they are running. We do not go as far as the gulf stream on this type of trip so you will not be able to catch tuna or marlin.
